Kristine Pierce / Vice President of Operations

Kristine supervises operations and all aspects of servicing our clients' needs for the Company's East Coast offices. She joined us in 1995 as a Staffing Consultant in our Melville office and was soon promoted to Branch Manager. After tripling the growth of that office, she was promoted to Director of Operations for our East Coast offices and most recently Vice President of Operations. Her experience has made her a leading expert in managing the recruitment, interviewing, screening, evaluation and placement process for our staffing professionals. Kristine earned her BS in Behavioral Science at York College.

Marlane Perry / Managing Director, Direct Hire

Marlane oversees executive recruitment and all direct hire needs for AcctPositions. Marlane joined our Magill Associates division in 2006 as an executive recruiter specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals. She was promoted to her current role as Managing Director in 2007. Marlane has over 10 years of staffing industry experience in accounting and finance in the Washington, DC, Atlanta and New York marketplaces. Prior to working with Magill she spent a year placing high level accounting executives in the Atlanta marketplace as well as eight years with Ajilon Finance -- one of the largest national firms. At Ajilon she developed the Mid-Atlantic regional sales program and earned several national service awards. She has held several leadership roles in the American Society of Women Accountants including DC Chapter President. She also earned a member of the year award for 2003-2004.

Marlane earned her BA from The Catholic University and completed an MBA Certificate from Tulane University in 2003.

Elizabeth Truitt-Beam / General Manager (San Francisco)

Liz joined TemPositions in San Francisco as General Manager in 1996 and has been instrumental in expanding our specialty niche offerings in her market. She has almost 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, beginning her career at Kelly Services as a staffing representative. She went on to the position of client services representative and then branch manager for Westaff.

Jorge Morales / Client Services Supervisor (Long Island)

Jorge oversees Long Island temporary staffing operations, managing the fulfillment of all staffing and consultancy projects, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Jorge joined TemPositions in 2005 as a personal representative in our Melville office, and worked in our Manhattan office with our School Professionals in 2007. He returned to Long Island in 2008 as Client Services Supervisor.

Jorge has a BS from Stony Brook University, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.

Jessica McCoy / Client Services Supervisor (Norwalk)

Jessica joined TemPositions in 1997, starting as a receptionist and quickly moving into the position of Staffing Specialist. She was then promoted to her current position which has her supervising all placements in our Norwalk office. She has a wealth of experience working with clients and meeting their staffing needs over a wide skill range.

Christina Cruz / Client Representative, AcctPositions and HR Staffing Solutions

Christina joined TemPositions as a client representative, specializing in the areas of finance and human resources. She now oversees recruiting for our AcctPositions and HR Staffing Solutions divisions. Christina is well versed in areas of recruitment and retention, having worked in the human resources departments of Hyrian and Goodtemps prior to joining us. Christina holds a BBA degree in Business Management from Adelphi University.
